I’ve ordered a product from Ethniq mania at 4th july 2020. Just an sms was received for order confirmation and no other details. After a week when i received no details from them so i emailed them at ethiniqmania20@gmail.com (email id given in there contact us page) but didn’t received any response till date. Finally I’ve got 2 mobile no. online (8509288332 & 8016919434) I tried to call them but both were switched off, both numbers are from kolkata. Then i received a call back from 8777604657 and he told me that it is the customer care no. of ethniq mania and your order has been canceled because of some issues. When I ask them to refund my money then he provided me a no. (9901771222) and send me a sms and ask me to forward the same sms on this no. within 25 seconds and my money will be refunded but I didn’t forward the sms and disconnected the call. I have screenshots of all the details and recordings too. This is a clear fraud, No company ask to do this. Please take a serious action against them.
