Hello Sir/Madam,

I have raise a complaint regarding my old number 7090667969 i was not using that sim and it was deactivated now from august 2020 i raised complaint that i need a new sim of same they told me to wait for 1 month finally they draged it till Feb 2020 finally in feb ur service center people told me that sim is available please pay 1000 i told them sure i will pay please activate my number they told yes, but very next day it was activated with someone name, when i asked your service center people they told mam our office will open at 10AM, and you to the person who activated num and request for the SIM now that person who is using my SIM is not ready to give me and he is calling to all my family and friends and abusing them. I had a very worst experience with Vodafone and i would like to file a complaint against a Vodafone for wasting my time and energy.  They need to pay me money for wasting my time or i need my SIM back.
