While doing a 10 rs recharge on my docomo number from paytm prepaid recharge section , after clicking pay from wallet I was raised a toast message of 504. Inspite of having a fair internet connectivity, the same thing happened thrice. I checked my wallet to confirm if the transaction was successful. On no further info I repeated the process three times. I had to do the recharge from other payment application aftr that. After half an hour I get 3 consecutive msgs of recharge and my wallet was deducted with 30 rs. I oppose this error of paytm due to which I had to loose money and effort when it was required. Kindly take any action or I will stop using paytm. Kindly revert back the transactions because I am an IT engineer and 504 is a gateway timeout error and thus the transaction is cancelled and thus should not b retried with time without notifying the user to wait or showing ‘in process status’. Kindly take action as soon as possible.
