I ordered a smart watch from epic watches online but the parcel I received is something different from what I ordered for . there is no any customer care number available on which I can file my complaint. Attaching here is the pic for the same .they are making people fool by sending a wrong product .

Hi this is Jaishankar recently I placed the order t i c w r e i s maths for G Smartwatch but I received Fastrack watch this is really very bad what I’m saying but I am receiving another one so I need replacement for cashback can you do this help I paid 1700 but I’m received another watch why should I pay 1700 in fastrack watch m strictly tell you replace my product otherwise revise my amount thanking you jaishankar from Bangalore

I ordered ‘Wear the Noise Combo’ but I received Fastrack watch. I had paid 1700 for the combo pack and not for some Fastrack watch which isn’t even worth Rs 500. I want my refund otherwise I’m filing complaint in the consumer court.
