On 12th October 2023 I ordered a sotrue finish line non sticky hair finishing stick from myntra, ( order no : 1249010-5756211-6827501) in the name of Donald Carvalho, on 16th October, the product got delivered but when I checked the package, it was empty and had nothing except the invoice. I called the customer care and registered a complain but after sometime I got a message saying my claim has been declined, I reissued the complaint but still i won’t be getting any help from them. I either want the product or the refund. I don’t know whether it’s the fault of the company or the one who is delivering the product but I think as the mega company in online shopping, the company itself needs to take the full responsibility of the product being delivered properly at the consumer’s place.
