I has submitted application on 28-08-2020 for disconnection. They had removed meter and at that time bill amount was Rs. 11600/- my advance deposit was Rs. 9100/- so I deposited 2500/-. They asked for advance deposit slip. Now they are asking Rs. 11000/- where as I have submitted advance deposit slip. Please help I have visited more than 10 times. But no action is being taken.
