On date 05.03.2017 the electricity bill of torrent power of my house in surat is done by paytm. Amounting rs 560. Where I used 30 rs paytm balance and 530 rs is debited from debit card by paytm app. After debit of 530 rs from my axis bank account payment of bill is failed. But amount is successfully transfered to paytm mobile noida and failed from paytm to torrent power surat. After wait of around 7 days neither paytm confirms the payment to torrent power nor refund my money of rs 530. But asking me to contact bank. But as per bank statement amount is already transfered to paytm NOIDA .
Please help to refund my 530 rs
