We have received the bill of Rs.7620, how come is that possible. Need to know on what basis the bill is been charged even though consecutively from last 2 months bill is paid for Rs. 1600.

1 room home. We used only 1 light and tv. Electricity mahavitaran charge us Rs. 1100/ for 3 mnth. While we have BPL card. This is rediculaous.
