Text of Complaint by Srinivasan:

Bill amount has been changed without any prior information and disconnected the services inspite of having paid as per my previous bill amount. This is from march 2020 onwards.

Customer care is not responding properly and disconnecting the call half the way, without giving proper reasons and other accumulated amount.
