Hi, i am a regular flipkart plus member customer.From last month my grocery products are not being delivered by ekart agent.He is denying doorstep delivery and cancelling my orders.This happened 4-5 times from march 2024.Recently he did the same.He is asking me not to place any further grocery orders.This is the bad service by delivery agent in my area.I am complaining repeatedly in customer care but no solution till now.
