Text of Complaint by Chirag Patel:

Dear Sir,

very unsatisfied of the service of Justdial. I opted subscription of worth RS 7080. and tried to take service of lead related to my business.

firstly their Sales manager is so careless. he did not inform about my how to process and never pickup call. Even he select wrong business in my portal. Investment instead of Insurance. so I was getting wrong leads. it takes my first 15 days. after then, the lead which i was getting not proper according to my business. then i again complained about it and they take more 15 days to solve.

After that, I thought it will be ok. but surprisingly same situation arise and Justdial was not understand my perfect requirement so i decided to stop this service. I called to their call center but they replied that first 3 installments are mandatory. without payment of those they could not cancel contract.

even i visited there Ahmedabad office and meet senior manager Mr. Shilpan Patel. but It didn’t work.

Now my mail question is what i am not satisficed with services ?? I still have to make payment ??

even they deduct one more payment with prior notification.

i have complained so many time via mail but they don’t care about it.

I don’t understand where to complain ?

Please guide us.
