I had ordered 2 items from the website which didn’t even fit me so I returned it back. I got a call from their customer care that they are rejecting it as they think that it has been used. I clearly told that they could send it back and I can only prove it by trying their product that it doesn’t even fit me. The person told me that she will be getting back to me in 24 hours and see what can be done. No update was given afterwards and then after connecting with them after 10 days about the update the person says it has stain mark on the one arm hole. I clarified if there’s mark on both the person denied so I asked the person to arrange a call with supervisor which also never happened so I ended up calling back. The call was received by one of the manager Ms. Bhattacharya who was so adamant about everything that now she is telling me that coz it has perfume fragrance so nothing can be done. I mentioned that it should have been in the policy that a person can’t even try the product while wearing perfume while there’s no such thing in the policy. Out of 2 items, there’s stain mark on one arm hole and it’s very basic sense that if a person if sweating he/she won’t be sweating just from one side but she denied any logic and got very adamant that she will do nothing , even when I asked that connect me with any supervisor, she clearly denied. This is highly unprofessional and unethical that the products that I have not even used I will have to pay for it coz while trying out I was wearing perfume and the product smells of my perfume. the product ranges for 8000 and it’s a complete loss for me. How can we trust brands if they become very adamant and take it to their ego that now we won’t do anything at all.
