Dear Sir

I was to receive parcel from Napptol send via Ecom Express courier number 9049505829 dated 4.1.2022.

This parcel is showing Out from delivery on 8.1.2022 but till date(14.1.2022), My parcel has not been delivered by the courier. No body at Ludhiana Ecom express bothered to contact me or deliver my Parcel.

What a unprofessional service from the Ecom Express courier
