Text of Complaint by MANAS CHAMPANERKAR:

I HAD ORDERED BIRYANI FROM THE EATCLUB APP ON THE 3rd OF AUGUST 2024 AND CANCELLED IT WITHIN THE TIME SLOT FOR CANCELLING ORDERS. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 15 DAYS SINCE AND I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND. IT JUST SHOWS THE REFUND STATUS AS PROCESSED, MOREOVER WE CANNOT CONTACT THE COMPANY THROUGH ANY PEOPLE EXECUTIVES EXCEPT FOR JUST CONTACTING THEM VIA EMAIL, WHICH ARE ALSO NEGLECTED BY THEM.
