We had Eat sure van in our society and they were offering food so we scanned the bar code and ordered the food.
App showed food read for pick up so we went down to found out that the van has moved out of the society premises.
No contact number to call , we didn’t get any call for pick up too.
We were charged 424 and were left with no food. Order number CRN 77824447 .
We didn’t get the food and no refund of the money too. On top of this no one bothered to call and let us know what’s happening.

Yesterday i went behrouz outlet of chinarpark Kolkata bring one order they are waiting to me 1 hour for only one biryani when i ask manager what’s the wrong with this order there behaviour is very rood also staff they said stand sailent ly very wors performance of this outlet unexpected
