Text of Complaint by Neeraj Tiwari:

I had bought Durafit Treadmill , In the first month of purchase itself i.e., in October 2025, the treadmill stopped working, and the technican asked the power cable and power switch would be replaced once the company sends it, since October so many months have passed, they have not paid any heed to my complaints of repair and now my treadmill is not working at all since a month. I hope I get Justice and my treadmill gets complety replaced or repaired at the earliest now, because now I have lost all my patience.

    I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing critical issues with the treadmill I purchased from your company.
    For the past more than two months, I have been facing repeated and serious technical problems with the treadmill. I have contacted your customer care multiple times to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any proper or satisfactory response.
    Additionally, I contacted the following customer care numbers provided by your company:

    During these calls, the representatives spoke disrespectfully and behaved unprofessionally, which is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and proper support.
    Despite making several follow‑ups and trying every possible way, my issue remains unresolved. This experience has caused me mental stress, inconvenience, and loss of trust in your service.
    I request you to:
    Arrange an immediate inspection and permanent resolution of the treadmill issue, or
    Provide a replacement/refund, as applicable
    Take strict action against unprofessional customer care behavior
    Please treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.
