I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the experience I’ve had here.
I currently have three pending deposits for this month — ₹5,000, ₹2,000, and another ₹2,000. Despite completing the payments, neither have these amounts been credited nor have I received any refunds. What’s worse is that I have already provided multiple proofs — including payment screenshots, bank statements, and even screen recordings of the transactions directly from my bank.
Yet every single time, their support team keeps repeating the same response: “Please contact your bank.” They are now asking for a written email from the bank stating that the refund hasn’t been processed. This is completely unreasonable. If detailed bank statements and transaction proofs aren’t enough, then what is?
It honestly feels like deliberate negligence or worse.
On top of this, I also have a withdrawal of 30,000 from February that is still not processed. This is not a small delay anymore — this is a serious issue.
At this point, I feel cheated and misled. I strongly urge everyone to think twice before trading here. Please be cautious and do your due diligence, because my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and concerning.
I even got a call from my manager and the complaint there as well. He even promised me that he will give a callback and he has escalated the concern. But never hear from them again. They threatened me to cancek my complaint if i use slangs. Why won’t I be using slangs ? I am frustrated. They just find execuses not to give the money back.
