On 12th October, I was sent a face wash named Clenia, which seemed duplicated, it’s cap is different color but I thought it might be the new packing, when I used it for the first time on 19th Oct I realised nothing was same as before neither the beads in face wash nor the fragrance and Flipkart told me there is no return policy so you’ll have to keep the product without any refunds nor exchanges. I was also delivered a different colored suitcase on 15th October, since I had to leave for my trip next day, I had no option but to use it, so I asked for a revised invoice mentioning the delivered color of product but they can’t do that, and the product is already used so they are not sure if it will help to raise a replacement but can only suggest the same and as I told it is already used, replacement might get rejected do I was told try to hide the imperfections and let’s see..
I am not sure abt it, what if the replacement get cancelled and the return window is then over?? Order ID – OD126251837326101000
these things with Flipkart keep happening, usually we get these resolved by thousand follow-ups with flipkart but in this case I have to reachout here they are not willing to help
