I had ordered a copper bottle and paid the amount through Flipkart Pay Later Rs.949/-…now after 53 days…this amount became Rs.1049/- after late payment fee.
Flipkart delivered me copper bottle having lid made up of plastic and copper polish can not hold plastic surface for long time hence after 4 days,its polish got destroyed and when I tried to return this item, my Flipkart account blocked and I couldn’t return this item and Flipkart Pay Later amount remains unpaid till now.
I contacted customer care executives many times but account not unblocked yet.
