I have placed a Order on Dunzo yesterday for pickup an item from my place. They Charged in Rs. 400. After i paid the amount from phonepe the screen disappear & my money transferred to them. Thay have not generated any Order number nor provide me any service . I wait for 30Min & try to find there customer care number but nothing was present in their site. Also I tried to reach through the Chat bot but they didn’t respond. They have taken Rs. 400 rupees though the Phonepe for which they have not give me any service. I need my money back. need you help.
