I have ordered Medicines and few other items on Aug 12th around 10 AM from Dunzo App ( Global Pharm Yousufguda, HYD). They delivered in 1 hr with different Medicines & items and also missed few items. I have raised ticket multiple times….But Dunzo team says we can’t help you or refund that’s it…not at all caring about us/customers.
Neither refunding nor replacing items…which is really very bad….
even I told I will raise in Consumer court….they are saying least bothered..what they will do…
