Text of Complaint by Amandeep Thakur:

Sir/Mam  I am Amandeep Thakur the student in LPU university(PB) under MBA stream (DISTANCE)..Sir as we know ALL EXAM is going on through Online mode due to COVID19 like this my MBA exam is also going on through online mode. I faced a too much internet network problem during my MBA exam subject code DCAP402 exam held on 23/12/2020 mobile network lost many time many time ..I talked to VI many time but due to BAD internet service I found nothing from them. I have complete screen recording of netwrok issue and call recording of my service provider related to network ISSUES I had compliant many time to VODAFONE.I but nothing happens due to which I failed to give exam today I whole hardwork n MBA fees and exam fees wasted by this VODAFONF.I company..Pls do justice with me and students like me who’s whole academic years are wasted  on this matter all students shall be grateful to you I am sure like me many other facing this problem…
