Due to courier fault my return product is missing . no refunfd or replacement.

i am a prime member of Amazon and also a regular buyer at Amazon.
This is a case of the month of October 2018 i had buy a Epson
printer( Order# 171-0858308-7973967 ) and its one year extentended warranty
card( Order# 171-2509438-5356322) . Due to the printer fault, I put a
return request for both the product. but by mistake courier take my printer
and send it with the return id of one-year warranty card.( Still, I have my
one year extended warranty card with me). So still now I had not got my
printer replacement or money back to my account for the printer which
courier send to you with wrong return id. I had already complained more
than 10 times, every time your customer care saying that we will solve
within 72 hours but alas there is no solution after 3 months and I had lost
my patience. if don’t solve the issue immediately I have to go in another
way. I never expect this type of negligence from Amazon, a world famous
online retailer. Later buy a 2 years extendedwarranty( Order#
171-8929715-0624335 ). Kindly solve the problem immediately and send my
product or return my money back. and my 2 years extended warranty card also
uses less without the printer do something for this product also.KIndly solve it now.
Please tell them to  refund my money and inform me. How many time you will take to
refund my money. And i am a offended with their customer service kindly
fefund my money as soon as possible. Due to your courier fault I am
suffering. I never expect this type of service from Amazon being a prime
member.
Kindly reply and solve it soon.

As our area is rural area courier never provide any slip after taking the product.

Amazon has only refunded my 350 Rs. i. e the money of 1 year onsight warrentycard(Which is still with me . i can show it if requierd . so what  they receive in the place of warrenty card kindly tell them to show with proper proof.
