I have made dth recharge on 7th dec of 443/- through paytm the amount got debited from bank got order id transaction id from bank got confirmation from bank and paytm that the transaction was successful bank has also given upa id and confirmed that the amount is credited in tataplay account but after more than 100 phone calls and chat online with tata play executive shared all the screenshot with tataplay through email they are not refunding my amount neither crediting my dth account for that amount and asking me to recharge again meanwhile the query has been escalated to higher department my account is deactivated
Kindly do something there are just harassing customer and taking there money
