I had ordered a product that is being delivered by DTDC. A delivery attempt was made in which I was in the house during the time of delivery as shown by the dtdc database but it shows that no one was there to receive the order even though no delivery attempt was actually made nor we got any call from delivery person. Now after out for delivery it shows Not Delivered(AREA NON SERVICEABLE-(DIR)). The order tracking number is Z30021931. The product that was supposed to be delivered on time and is still not delivered because of DTDC. They have delivered on same zipcode not sure why this time they are doing this. Very poor experience with company before as well.
