I had booked My parcel with DTDC ranchi, jharkhand. 2 months back. total weight was 208 kg of honey in seal pack bucket. I had a words with Mr. Naier Iqbal, area manager of ranchi. he didnt told me any thing regarding refusal, if parcel damages. First time i trusted on DTDC they damages my parcel in transit. now they are saying that they dont take liquid item and no refund will be there. now i am in loss of 200kg honey. once got one mail 2 month back that they are doing some thing for my refund, but that was also fake no one is doing any thing no communication and update nothing. my full money gone. pleaze help.
