Dear Sir,
I have been complaining on Vodafone for past one year , regarding call drops and disconnection, despite of regular complaints it is not resolved by vodafone, call get disconnected, immediately after it is connected, they don’t give us proper response and from 2 year they are still upgrading their devices. I don’t know if they are using any stone age devices but the services is very poor they don’t contact us at all. We always get the response from them that “your complain has been resolved”, despite complain is not been addressed also. This international brands come to India and spoils our business and make u go back to stone age, like the Britishers did back. I have contacted several Nodal officers and head officers but this guy just sit and do nothing.
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful or else we will be backward like other third world countries.
