I have completed a journey on 10-12-22 , 4:43 PM, from belghoria to howrah station. The amount has been shown in my OLA Account 586/- . I have already paid that amount by phonpe. But after completion of the journey , the driver claimed 251/- extra.
The extra charge has been made by the driver’s own fault. He has taken the wrong route. The distance from belghoria to howrah is 12.8km but the driver took the wrong route and the traveled distance becomes 23.6km.
Why should I pay the extra amount for driver’s mistakes? Details attached with this mail for your ready reference. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
