I have visited on 10 Oct, 2023 at your Lower Parel Phoenix mall branch.
I have done transaction through UPI, then after 15min your staff is saying that transaction is not done. Then I have raised complaint to Gpay & paid amount through other account.
After few days Gpay has reverted that Dominos has received the amount.
Then I have again visited at your branch & I spoke with Mr.Durgesh Prajapati. I have forwarded my statement & GPay complaint screenshot. He has told me that you will received refund within 8 days.
Still from 14th Oct, 2023 to till date they have not reverted, even not proceed for refund.
I want my money back today only with interest.
