Text of Complaint by Swagata Chakraborty:

Dear Sir/Madam,
We took a ride from ola app on Friday 10 th of November. After completing the trip I made the payment to ola driver that was Rs/- 630 then I go to know payment was already deducted and it was already made. After that I called the ola support team they told me that they could not help me because the payment was made to driver’s personal number they easily ask the driver why he took the payment twice but they they wouldn’t. After that I sent an email to grievance officer but have not got the reply still now I shared all the details but they did not reply me back. I would like to request you please look into this matter as it is very irritating to do the mail everyone but no one does not take the responsibility.
