I had an OLA cab ride on Oct 09, Sunday 2022 with CNR 6726823013. I opted ola cash as the payment option, but the driver insisted on cash payment and told me that I opted for cash payment in the ola app. I had to pay that amount and when I filed a complaint with OLA, they refused to cross-check it with the driver and denied my claim. Now they insist on double payment and the ride charge of Rs. 751 was almost double the usual charge.
