Text of Complaint by Naseem Fatima:

  • I have put complaint several times and still not solved. For one order on 14Oct20 I have paid Jiomart thru Amazon pay successfully and my bank account debited but Jiomart app did not acknowledge the payment and booked my order as cash on delivery. Thus paid twice.
