I have been trying to reach customer care for both hero fincorp as well as paytm but there is no option to speak to any customer care representative. There os no customer support.

Please help me as recently EMI has been debited two times for my ongoing personal loan and i am struggling to contact the customer care but unable to as there is no option to speak to any representative. The chat support is just for FAQ and not at all supportive. Please assist me
