Text of Complaint by Ruchika Tandon:

I had booked a Drop only an outstation ride from Ajmer to Gurgaon. I was charged for roundtrip fare by the driver as the odometer reading entered by him in the app had an error. The ola app also showed the double fare invoice and mode of payment was also changed automatically to cash only in the app. The Ola team is not processing the refund to me saying the driver is unreachable now.
