Text of Complaint by Deepika Taneja:

Hi Team,

I have been double charged by Vodafone for International Roaming Pack which is been in dispute from Sept’19. I have visited Thane and Vashi Store multiple times, called Customer Care but have not received any help. They are just forcing me to pay the amount and are pushing to port to Airtel. I had a thorough discussion at the Vashi store but employees are so fine if we leave the connection. They say it on your face that  Vodafone has been like this since Idea has taken over.

I am amazed how do even have such business. I want help as its a huge amount and nobody is ready to help.

They accept the fact its a double charge but keeps saying, mail has been sent for approval.

Please help me
