Dear Sir,
I have booked hotel estrela do mar beach resort with booking id 1092664629 for 11/11/2023 to 13/11/2023
Where it’s reflecting charges Rs.5780 but its charges me Rs.19543.80 with promotion discount Rs 1400.03.
It charges me extra amount which reflecting on screen at the time of booking.
It’s charges me Rs.4425.51 for extra bed, which I had not demanded.
Secondly I have booked that time cancellation is showing free of cost.
Now it is showing non refundable.
Online booking is cheating the customers.
They charged me 3 night charges and extra hidden charges also
I want these charges back immediately which is misguided and hidden charges.
