Dear sir,

I want to say to you with respect ,I ordered moto one power mobile by flipkart by 21 jan 2019, and order has been delivered by 22 jan 2019. After open flipkart packaging I got moto one power box, and after unbox moto one power box I got definite Brad mobile phone (cool pad) and that mobile was also demaged to display.

After seen that senarios,  I complaint for return and I talked to flipkart customer support but them folded me I raise wrong request and now we have to cancel this these request for better solution.

But I didn’t get solution of my problem still now.

Now 12 time replacement rejected by flipkart because of that, the wish master denied to pickup placed product and they said I got different resion by flipkart team,(I got notification for only damaged product or I got only for defferedi brand product for pickup).

Flipkart executive is not giving right reason (multiple resion )(because according to me that phone , which is delivered , that was also old phone and formated , because I parchesed 3 mobile still now by flipkart , so I that phone I got plastic film for protection on display in new phone.)

Please help me , I am very frustrated , disappointed and mentally harassed to flipkart
