Because of poor quality of clothes Mene 5th of June ko apna parcel return kia according to meesho’s policy mujhe 5 – 8 working days me apna refund mil jana chaiye tha ( mene paytm ke through online upi payment kia tha and meesho app per bhi bank details add hai ) lekin mujhe apna refund nahi mila then mene meesho customer care pe call kia 5 din continue call krne ke bad unhone 22nd of June ko meri complain file ki jisko proceed hone me bhi 5 – 8 working days lgte hai jo ki mere 2 july ko complete ho gye the then mene again 5th july ko call kia customer care ki side se only concern milta hai ki ma’am don’t worry you can get your money back but when ?? They also don’t know and na hi koi exact date unke dwara di jati hai
