I have ordered dominos pizza online(Home delivery) . At the time of paying, I have noticed that an amount of Rs 10 in the name of carry bag is being added to the bill despite not requesting for the same. Also there is no option to remove the same.
In addition, no carry bag is also provided at the time of delivery
The company is unnecessarily looting money from public in the name of carry bags, it is not providing the bags to customer and along with that it has also not considered the several judgements issued previously stating that amount cannot be charged for carry bags
Request to provide appropriate judgement against dominos for its faulty business practices and also provide me my amount due along with interest for charging unnecessary amount from me and also for my time spent in complaining for the same
