On Feb 28, 2021, During shopping I make a payment of Rs 360 using paytm to merchant but it was failed. Merchant not receive any amount but money is deducted from my axis bank account. I have contact bank regarding this issue they told me we did not receive any refund from paytm if transaction is failed than I contact paytm customer care firstly they told me to upload my bank statement after that they are telling me contact your bank and ask them about this transaction. Now recently when I visit bank they show me the transaction and there clearly mention success. But paytm is not refund amount which is failed from there side.
I am requesting you please help me to solve this issue.
