Dear Sir/Madam,
Today i face how vodafone employee are behave with customer. Actually my vodafone number are deactivate due to recharge. as per vodafone service i recharge 35 & 10 respectively. here my incoming service are start but outgoing are still stop. then i call again to service centre & they said outgoing would be start after deducting 20 rupees from my mobile number. i agree with this & he said for activation this service maximum 30 min required. But after 50 minutes outgoing service still off. after then 3 times i connect with customer care but they all are said same thing. But still nothing to do with my mobile number. Even they block my number. they are accepting complaint but ignore to give complaint number. WHY? they ignore to transfer call in senior person. WHY? Can any help expect from Vodafone Service? ” We are happy to help you.”:)
