Dear Madam /Sir,
I ordered a jio phone from the Diwali offer for my son and paid 808Rs but the number entered was not working so they have not given the phone and are refusing to refund the money back. Its so sad that such a big jio does not understand the value of a Diwali gift.
I have send 18 emails to customer care as they don’t respond to calls but still they say as number is not active so can’t give phone or refund. I have attached the emails below for your reference. I even have call recorded as on phone they say will give but then they send email saying can’t refund or give phone.
Please assist in getting my cash back from these cheating people.
