Dear Team,
I have booked bus ticket from Flipkart through MakeMyTrip.
Money got debited for three times but ticket has not been booked.
Immediately I spoke to the Flipkart at that time so they said I have to check with MakeMyTrip.
Again I called to MakeMyTrip they said that,,,theyhave not received any payment ,they told to wait for one week time,,,
in case if it is a failed transaction then ,,that amount will get refunded your credit card account.
waited almost 7days but amount has not been refunded to my credit card account.
then I spoke to makemytrip they said they have not received any payment and they have confirmed to email stating that they have not received any payment and Flipkart is a payment gateway so might be the transaction struck from the Flipkart so they told to check with Flipkart..
When I see transaction narration in my credit card statement it clearly showing that Filpcart only…
Kindly find below attachment which I have received from the MakeMyTrip stating that they have not received the payment and my bank statement which is reflecting narration as a Flipkart on 10th of January
Total tranxs 3,
1st tranx:10-01-2020, amount 3276,
2nd tranx 10-01-2020, amount 3276,
3rd tranx 10-01-2020, amount 3303,,
When I check with my credit card bank,they are saying that they need email confirmation from the vendor site stating that they have not received the payment now MakeMyTrip has confirmed that they have not received the payment. kindly check and helpregarding this issue, and refund amount,,.
I called multiple time to Flipkart regarding the tissue but I am not getting correct information.
Issues not resolved I will ask to the the consumer court or grievance.
