Hi Team,

Airtel package got expired 12-13Jan2020, and i have called customer care 3-4 time to convert my main balance(490RS) to 399 package.

every time i call Airtel customer care people ask me to wait for 48 hours but nothing happens, i have been waiting like this for last 1 weeks but no response.

could you please help me and take necessary action.
