Text of Complaint by Yogesh Panwar:

We have been chasing PayTM customer support for over a week now but every time we complain a case is being raised and closed without proper explanation of our issue.
My Wife Saumya Singh booked a flight from PayTM last month –
Details-:
Booking ID- 11339081397
Onward – Lucknow to Delhi, Sat 25 Jul
PNR- Y5E89F
Traveller – Mrs Saumya Singh
Total amount was charged Rs. 3515.
GoAir flight got cancelled and they offered the full refund to the source where they received the money from which is PayTM in our case.
Airline has given a credit note to us of Rs 2357 and it is mentioned that it is full refund which they got from PayTM and the rest amount is with PayTM so we can check with and no cancellation or any charges were added by the airline to us.
Now PayTm is only refunding us Rs. 2058 after deducting few charges which is not acceptable at all as being a customer we are not at fault if the flight got cancelled.
Why are paytm charging us for cancelling charges when we did not cancel it but Airline itself?
Airline Cancellation Charges
– ₹ 630
Paytm Cancellation Charges
– ₹ 299
Why Travel insurance amount ₹ 249 is not refunded?
We are ok with Paytm Convenience Fee (non refundabe)

₹ 279.

so ideally we should get ₹ 3226 refunded. please explain and help.
They are not helping at all and i am sure same is happening with lot of other consumers.
