A vertical white line has been noticed on my samsung galaxy a71 on the very next day after an update (on july 9, 2023). Submitted phone at samsung authorized service centre ,kept my phone for 13 days. Informed display to be replaced, but at my own cost eventhough there wasn’t any physical damage visible.
Further I contacted samsung’s supervisor via samsung support, and I was told screen replacement is offered only for samsung’s SSeries and note series phone and they won’t consider a series phones. It is much disheartening from samsung’s side and very poor support from them for their costumers as they won’t value costumers equally.
