TV has stopped 3 months back, I was getting only 1 channel after paying Rs. 300. I have registered a complaint but was informed due to a technical issue they couldn’t take the complaint however the same tele-caller said the agent would visit me sooner (still it is surprising how doest it works if they were not able to register the complaint?). No response till 06th Dec 2020. On 07th Dec we have decided to reuse the dish TV so again called them and requested to look into it. 07th an agent Mr. David has come with faculty product, 08th Mr. David said the Software has not been installed properly, 09th didn’t show up (we have tried nearly 6 to 8 times requested Ms. Gabirel (Agent head or something) to send the agent but no response. And on 10th David has come and fixed the equipment and confirmed to recharge however it is still not working, We have filed a complaint against Ms Gabriel & Dish TV agent – GiriKrishan promised by 7pm it will be resolved. No solution yet & Dish TV teleagent Mr. Sunil lied that no supervisor available to assist us and he disconnected the call. Our money has gone and we were forced to depression and humiliation of such unprofessional behavior of these people. Highly contemptuous people. We seek support to stop such unacceptable behavior of these people and such cheaters should be banned and questioned.
