I had book my relocation services that is packers and movers services from the booking was done online and they followed of minimum 20 times in a stand of 4 hours and I made the advance payment for relocation booking on 1st of April 2023. Letter on I followed up on 30th of March 2023 for my scheduled booking the confirmed that yes they will come. Then on first of April as per the committed time of 9:30 a.m. I followed up with nobroker.com but nobody pick up then a third party called me and as the location that I will come by 9:30. After following up five times he came at around 11:40 and then he came and saw my luggage and told I cannot take this luggage in this vehicle I told him this luggage is as per the detailed given on the online booking portal and shown him on the mobile then he started showing his anger that why you are showing me this I am transporter I am experienced and I will not take this item you call no broker then I call no broker after 2:3 calls one Shekhar pick the call was my booking manager it told me you wait for 5 minutes I will call back this is around 11:45 a.m. from 11:45 a.m.and customer care pic also they did not connect me to the concerned person and my whole house is in the mess my old parents my small kids all are crying because my household is in mess this has called me lot of mental stress and loss of money and time as well. I had booked a insurance service also from no broker for rupees 50000 I want no broker to refund my 50000 rupees as insurance claim for not on ring the services and fully putting me in the mess where my time one day office leave my whole family mental stress has gone on a toss please treat this complain on urgent basis
