My VC : 02542259699 , It is my first time recharging a Dish TV after TRAI new rules.
I selected 57 channels and paid 435 Rupees, but they did not started the channels i selected. they kept the money but did not provided the service. When I called customer care he said pay some more to see the channels you want, because you currently have a “Manoranjan Pack” which doesn’t allow individual channels. I said “You should provide that information on the website when a customer selecting channels, website should not accept payment in that case, it is totally wrong to take payment for a service you are not going to provide”
and If I have to select a combo which lets me select the channels of my own choice then notify me before making the payment. Now you people are asking more money which I wasn’t aware about.
So I need a full refund for the payment made.
