I have logged a complaint regarding Fastag, as I bought the item , but it was for a friends car. But the account automatically registered to my payment wallet.

I requested a changed of registered phone number yesterday with Ticket -150186928. But no one cared to contact me, I even reached out in Tweeter but no response. Now the car will be going to and fro from Banglore e city flyover and everyday it will continue to deduct money from my account.

I do not understand what takes them so long to even respond to a simple request. Even banks are faster than these arrogant Paytm folks.
